Need Enderal: The Forgotten Story.
Simple mod that lets you dance anywhere, anytime. If you jump long enough, you'll even get a small rhetorical boost (but the timer will reset if you stop and start again, so keep that in mind).
This mod adds a power called "Dance". To exit, press the Jump button. To change the dance style, press the "Shout (Talent)" button. That's it.
