About this mod Machine translation
HeroinZero's "Unexploitable Crossbow Reload" teams up with Reltilie's "Enderal - Crossbows". Requires two mods.
This is a simple compatibility patch for HeroinZero's excellent non-exploitable crossbow reload model, modified to work with Reltilie's Enderal - Crossbows' modified Dawnguard.esp. Now you can finally have a crossbow in Enderal and reload it when you really need it (instead of when the Lord of the Lost swings his greatsword in your face).
It's just an .esp replacer for the Crossbow Overload mod, but it still requires scripts and other resources from the original mod. And, of course, it requires Enderal - Crossbows, otherwise it would be pointless.
I made a complete game with it and it works. That said, if something goes wrong, please let me know.
Install:
Download Enderal - Crossbows. Install it.
Download unavailable crossbow reload. Install it.
Download this mod and have my .esp replace the mod mentioned above.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
