About this mod Machine translation
Added several artifacts to the Embershard Mines – Tannery and Smelter
Edited original transmutation and added Tranmutation II magic book
Added a single bed to the broken floor with buckets
It didn't make sense to me that there wouldn't be a forge in the middle of the mine without a furnace, so I added a furnace, and for crafting items leather and leather strips are used most of the time, so I added a tanning rack as well. To light up a corner of the room with the cutting board, I added another flashlight in that corner but attached it to the side of the tanning rack closest to the cutting board.
The position of the barrel in the gap next to the "sleeping" room bothered me, so I turned it into another bedroom by extending its length slightly, filling the gap and putting a single bed in place.
Spell Book - Found in the Mines of Embershard on a table near the forge.
Transmute: Vanilla spell that turns iron ore into silver ore, and then turns silver ore into gold ore. If you want to make silver, it's a real pain, cast a spell, drop the silver ore, cast a spell to drop the ore... until you have enough silver ore, then have to pick it up off the floor or open a container to collect it... All in all, it's a real pain to use...
This mod
Transformation I: Turn iron ore into silver ore
Transformation II: Transform silver ore into gold ore
I also watered the forge a little deeper to allow for swimming in a few spots. Depending on the mod used, this may come in handy.
Last but not least, I created a thick mist over the water in the forge room.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
