My personal Skyrim mod list
Old Man Scroll V: Elder Dragon Edition - 0.1.BETA
Please don't think of this as a complete mod list, it's far from what it was then, this is what I imagine Skyrim should be like we still have a long way to go but please I've been updating this list, I've scoured and searched the internet for a loadout order that works perfectly for me, but I haven't done that I bring you this mod list that I'm sure everyone will enjoy. My goal is to revolutionize Skyrim from the ground up using assets already posted on and on other sites. "I won't be uploading files from other members, but I will be linking to them.

ENB and settings
Antique Dragon ENB
Installation steps:
Tip: By default, Windows does not display extensions for known file types. So where I say "enbhelper.dll" or "skyrimprefs.ini" you'll see "enbhelper" and "skyrimprefs". You can enable them as needed. How, depends on your version of Windows. On Google: How to display the file extension window
- Download and extract Antique Dragon ENB from the files page. Extract all contents in the Skyrim game folder:
Steam \ SteamApps \ common \ Skyrim
- Download the latest ENB and extract/copy the files d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe from the Wrapper directory to the Skyim game folder.
- Download enbhelper and extract/copy the file enbhelper.dll to the enbseries folder in the Skyrim game folder:
Steam \ SteamApps \ common \ Skyrim \ enbseries
- Use Notepad to open the file enbbloom.fx.ini in the enbseries folder and change the base resolution to reflect the one you are using. By default they have the resolution I use:
Base ResolutionX = 2560.0
Base ResolutionY = 1440.0
You can also change these values in the in-game ENB menu (enbbloom section).
first?
Make sure to download and install DirectX 9 Runtimes. They are required for any ENB. For more information, please view the STEP page. Look for (find) the "CTD at Game Release" section.
Installing ENB can be difficult, especially if it's your first time. If so, watch some videos on youtube so you can get an idea of what to expect. To make this ENB preset work properly you should edit skyrimprefs.ini and merge these values:
[Display]
fGamma = 1.0000
iMaxAnisotropy = 0
iMultiSample = 0
bFloatPointRenderTarget = 1
bShadowsOnGrass = 1
bTreesReceiveShadows = 1
bDrawShadows = 1
- This installation guide comes from the Antique Dragon ENB mod page.
If you find any bugs/conflicts so far, please add more information as soon as possible. -ELDERDRAGON117
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
