Redoran Grove is located in Solstheim and looks dull compared to Ebongrove. I suppose its lifeless appearance complements Solstheim's scenery, but the difference is more than just an aesthetic enhancement. In Ebongrove I fixed the unit data, added new projects and scripts, and generally made sure it was bright, comfortable, and technically sound. enjoy your meal!
Several years ago, several Dunmer refugees deeply missed the fate of Raven Rock. In fact, after the death of its Ebony Mines, the Eastern Empire Company abandoned the settlement and its people. When Ravys failed to regain contact with the merchant, his wife Vatya crafted a spell that allowed supplies to be transported to Raven Rock. However, for some reason she was unable to function on Solstheim, so she set out to investigate. After arriving on the island, Vatya conducted experiments that resulted in several gray caves appearing in the cave, but she was unable to return them. As an Ienth, Ravys knew how to make use of the ashes in the urn. He planted plants and trees around the cave, enduring his wife's absence as the warm sunlight made the process easier.
As the months passed, Ravis discovered the benefits of a power that could take him anywhere at any time...but instead of using magic for his own gain, he took care of the cave, making it habitable and beautiful for his wife to return to. Eventually, he receives a suspicious letter from her in which she mentions using dark powers contained in a dangerous book. He immediately set out to meet her, leaving Ebongrove unguarded. (I know Skyrim came out a few years ago, but I'll let you guess what's going on to avoid spoilers on the Dragonborn DLC.)
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
