Easy Mead Crafts

Just add the recipe for the mead you want to make in the pot. That’s all.

I know there are a lot of mods that allow you to create Nord Mead, but they're all too complicated, they usually add custom ingredients, food/drinks and other crap, or sometimes they don't work at all.

This mod adds recipes for Honey, Nord Mead and Mead with Juniper Berries that are crafted in every cooking pot throughout Skyrim.

Honningbrew Mead and Black-Briar Mead are not included in the "standard" version because their recipes are "kept secret" (a bit of lore here). If you want to make them, though, use the "extended" version of this mod.

Dragon's Breath Mead  was added in version 0.2 (suggested by KenshinRyuu)), but can only be crafted after finding it in the corresponding quest .

"Craftable Wine" is an optional file that allows you to collect water from a well and then use it to make Ale, Wine, Alto Wine and Spiced Wine (suggested by blkphoenix55 ​​and MisterB1969). This mod was designed by Thicketford, so all credit goes to him, I only added the recipe. To install Craftable Wine, first download Thicketford's mod here, then download the optional files from the Files tab. This file does not require HearthFires.esm and can be used alone or in combination with "Craftable Mead".

The recipe is:

1x honey-2 honeycomb;

2x Nord Mead - 1 can milk, 2 cans honey;

2x Midgar Juniper Berries - 1 jar of milk, 2 honey, 2 juniper berries;

2x Dragon's Spit - 1 Jar of Milk, 2 Honey, 2 Dragon Tongue;

The following recipes are only available in "extension" files:

2x Honningbrew Mead - 1 jar of milk, 2 honey, 1 lavender, 1 thistle branch;

2x Black-Briar Mead-1 jar of milk, 2 honey, 2 briar hearts;

"Craft Wine" added:

1x beer-1 water, 3 wheat, 2 snowberries;

1x wine, 1 water, 3 Jazbay grapes;

1x Alto Wine - 1 Water, 3 Jazbay Grapes, 1 Wheat;

1x Spiced Wine - 1 Water, 3 Jazbay Grapes, 1 Lavender, 1 Honeycomb;

Please note that the recipe is not final and I welcome your suggestions left in the Posts section!

Installation and requirements

This mod doesn't include custom meshes/textures, it doesn't add anything that isn't already in the game (which I think is good), so it's easy to install and conflict-free. It only contains an .esp plugin, so if you no longer need this mod, you can disable it in the Mod Manager.

important! The "Craftable Mead" file requires the Hearthfires DLC to be installed or your game will crash! The optional "Craftable Wine" file requires the original Thicketford's mod to be installed.
