Dynamic Darkness ENB for COT and Vanilla Weathers

About this mod Machine translation
This ENB preset and weather module file uses the ENB location weather feature to provide separate weather templates for habitat interior cells (homes and castles) and interior cells that should always be dark (caves, dungeons, Dwemer ruins). The exterior day lighting is based on the Rudy ENB with some minor adjustments.
Based on Rudy ENB for COT
However, it will be very dark at night and any interior unit without windows will require a light source to see.
This ENB preset and weather module file uses the ENB location weather feature to provide separate weather templates for habitat interior cells (homes and castles) and interior cells that should always be dark (caves, dungeons, Dwemer ruins).
This allows interior units with windows to be brighter during the day and very dark at night, but interior units without windows will be very dark regardless of the time of day.
The included esp file is a modification of the nighttime values for all COT weather and all vanilla weather to reduce nighttime lighting by approximately 90%. Only the nighttime values have been modified, everything else remains unchanged. I added vanilla weather because COT sometimes uses vanilla weather in some places.

Too dark for you?
While in game, you can bring up the ENB console by pressing Shift + F12.
Here, check the box to display the Weather window.
In the Weather window, expand the [Environment] section.
Find the settings for Direct Lighting Intensity Nightscape and Ambient Lighting Intensity Nightscape and adjust them as needed.
If you want to adjust the lighting of an interior unit, the settings to look for are Ambient Light Intensity Indoor Night or Ambient Light Intensity Indoor Day.
If the weather includes clouds, the Cloud Intensity Night setting under [Sky] also affects the nighttime lighting level.
Some questions:
ENB [particle] settings
These settings control the strength of many meshes such as waterfalls, smoke, fog, nets, etc. in my network model, so it can be difficult to find a good balance for everything.
You may come across some waterfalls in caves or certain outside areas that appear too dark for the surrounding brightness.
The two small waterfalls on either side of the stairs to Dragonsreach are a good example.
Dark night in snowy weather
Snow effects in snowy weather do not change intensity or respect ambient light levels, so are very bright on dark nights. I haven't figured out how to solve this problem yet.
The same goes for the shader effects in the Wet and Cold mods, such as getting snowflake effects and raindrop effects. On dark nights these effects will stay very bright.
performance:
It's hard to tell the performance impact since I run a ton of other mods. Performance should be roughly the same as Rudy ENB.
However, I noticed some small frame drops in areas where a lot of particle lights are close together.
I'm currently playing at 1440p and have the FPS locked at 30.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
