About this mod Machine translation
Mashup clothing mod for Dunmeri nobles.
While working on a redesign for Sabbath6100's wonderful Red Mountain Ebony Armor mod, I decided to fool around with NifSkope and try to make my own costume mashup. The Dunmer is lacking (at least in my opinion) armor/costume models, and I've been looking for something to serve as an alternative to the terrible party costumes of the Diplomatic Immunity mission. I put this together really fast and I will continue to work on it in my free time as I figure out how to make replacements so I can finally eliminate those disgusting party costumes for good!
The set includes the hood, boots, and of course the robe itself. Full weight slider supports women, but not men. Beast racing is also supported! Crafting all items requires the Elven Smithing perk.
If you have any suggestions please let me know. I am willing to reupholster the costume if you have any requests.
I wrote some legends about it.
"The robe is made of the finest spider silk and tulle leather, embroidered with gold and painted with crushed butterfly wings in shades of blue and purple. On the back is a carefully preserved set of Taurus wings, delicate and beautiful. Care is taken so that they don't tear. Only the nobles of Morrowind have done so little that they remain undamaged."
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
