Simple model replacer for Dragonbone Warhammer
Try replacing the Dragonbone Warhammer model with Stormcaller's Hammer part and Dragonbone Warhammer's Handle part.
It uses the vanilla Dragonbone Warhammer texture. Variations for other models may be added at some point in the future.
Feel free to use this on your own mods, but be careful with the layout as the UV map is spread all over the Stormcaller section (Hammer head).
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
