Mod introduction:

Dragon Falls Manor is surrounded by many waterfalls, with commanding views and magnificent scenery.

It has complete functions such as blacksmithing, alchemy, cooking, and collection.

The best thing is that it only contains a 500kb esp, which is very small.

Compatibility: No compatibility issues unless other house mods use the same location.

Installation method: It is recommended to use NMM to install.

Uninstall method: Uninstall directly and then save, without any impact on the game. \\\

Dragon Falls Estate is a player home with stunning views, surrounded by numerous waterfalls and has everything you could possibly need including:

• Forging
• workbench
• Whetstone
• cutting board
• Alchemy table
• charming table
• Mannequin x 3
• Weapon Plaque x 8
• Weapon rack x 3
• Smelter
• a cooking pot

As well as a few boxes for safe storage!

To install simply drag and drop into your DATA folder, make sure "Dragon Falls Estate" is checked under "Data Files" and enjoy!!

*In the future id will eventually like

• Added an optional file for those who want extra storage, I'm not a fan of tons of boxes and stuff so that's why the containers department seems lacking!

• Add an underground spa/pool area

• spouse/housecarl/children/whateverelse scripts can be carried around

• Add tasks or ways to buy a house

*It should work if the house is invisible if you quickly go back and forth a few times or in and out a few times, I heard this is a bug that Bethesda needs to fix

*I'm not entirely sure what causes the clutter to fall off when entering and leaving the house, but I'll try and fix it

*If you are experiencing CTD, it may be due to a large amount of clutter and objects in and around the house, this may be fixed by lowering your 'uGridsToLoad'

*For those who want me to extend the basement and house, I'm trying to keep the look of the house from the outside in relation to the space and placement of the rooms inside, but don't see what I can do!

*If you are experiencing weird lighting in the main room where the carpet goes from dark to light and the lights flicker, this is what I'm struggling with, it looks like the lights above are causing things below to not light up properly
