Replace the unrelenting tune with Dick Masterson's "free speech" quote.
Quite self-explanatory, replacing one of the game's major U-turns with Dick Masterson's "Free Speech" parrot name.
To install, simply drag it to the Installers section of Wyre Bash, right-click and install, or simply unzip it directly into the Skyrim Data folder.
I have permission from Dick Masterson to use his voice in this mod and can provide proof upon request.
