About this mod Machine translation
(Updated!) New Nordic dungeon northeast of Whiterun, as closely aligned with the game as possible. Optimized and playtested for bugs. Cleanly, this shouldn't conflict with anything that doesn't change the same cells. Now about 2.5 times the depth of dead rock!
"The Dead Stone Barrow is a historic burial site near Whiterun that holds an unknown number of bodies from early in the town's history. After several explorers disappeared in the dark catacombs, locals stopped the site altogether and now all talk of ghost stories about it being reserved for mead exchanges at Bannered Mare."
Latest updates! The dungeon is now roughly 2.5x larger with increased deadstone depth. More traps of different varieties, tougher enemies and more loot, all laid to waste. Perfectly paired with vanilla Skyrim, absolutely friendly and worth your while to download!
Includes: - Addition
internal unit
- Reworked FX/Visual Effects
- More knowledge
- Fix minor bugs -
Carefully crafted and fully optimized
The dungeon was originally built in about a day and tried to replicate the style of the other carts as much as possible. This is a lower level dungeon designed to fit into the area surrounding Whiterun. If this dungeon feels like a base game dungeon in terms of aesthetics, loot, and enemy difficulty, then I've done my job. Can start doing more dungeons, please check it out and leave a review! Also considering adding a quest and custom voiced NPC if I can find a voice actor.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
