This mod is made as a result of a request from the skyrimmods subreddit. This is a small tweak that adds an additional requirement for starting the Dawnguard mission: having entered the Hall of Vigilance.

This mod should be compatible with any other mod that delays the level requirements of the Dawnguard questline.
Since this mod has very little actual editing, I marked ESP as ESL so it won't take up any time in your load order.
This mod works for starting Dawnguard in two ways:
-The guard mentioned (in) the famous line: "I heard they are reforming Dawnguard."
-Durak appears in the city to greet you.
If you have not entered the Hall of Vigilance at least once, these 2 events will not occur (plus the vanilla level 10 requirement.)
However, if you go to Guardian Night, this will not prevent the Dawnguard mission from starting. Dayspring Pass.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
