I have no details about this mod, the only thing I know is that the author released it which was in the Steam studio and was torn down for some reason.
Changes: Renamed to "Base Set" and made it a loose file (the original file was a BSA file).
How to get it in the game: Craft it at any forge or anvil.
Known issue: Character weights need to be set to 0 or 100, anything in between will glitch the grid!
