This is a rogue type minion that uses a (or bow if you want). She's a cross between a thief and an assassin, with some mysterious arcane abilities.

Backstory

Lazuli grew up a homeless orphan, often stealing food to survive in Hammerfell. One day as a teenager, she was caught and nearly beheaded by her escort, a mercenary wine salesman. The shop owner is a Reguard woman, referred to as Ms. Q. Since all Lazuli was trying to steal were two pieces of fruit, she put guard on the spokes. Q joined Lazuli and asked her to work on the brewing business. A few years later, Q revealed to Lazuli that winemaking, while a true hobby, was just a frontier, and she took on contracts for special jobs and conveying messages through wine. Based on the date, bottle, type of wine and label, the people who work for her know their job. .Q saw that Lazuli had a natural talent for invisibility, and Q trained her to become a "hound". Often stealing for important clients. Most jobs are either gathering intelligence or stealing various items and documents for various reasons. However, some jobs are more violent.

A few years later, Lazuli performed many searches for Q and became a star employee. Q finally offers Lazuli an execution job, but knows it's too dangerous even for her. The job involves recruiting a high-ranking businessman who is believed to be secretly a Thalmor agent. Lazuli shot the agent, seriously injuring him, but she managed to escape. But it turns out that he is really just a businessman, and his customers are just his competitors. The client immediately becomes a suspect and reveals that he hired an assassin. Since Lazuli was unique among the local Redguard, witnesses noted a suspicious dark elf lingering around the crime scene. Rather than risk Q's trouble, she escapes to Skyrim, where she stays in touch with Q through a wine bottle. She's unsure when she will be able to return, or even if she will. Currently, she is considering a new life of adventure.
