Simple instructions on how to install
Many people may say that although the UI customization interface looks good, the installation steps are too complicated. In fact, overall it is very simple. Here is a brief explanation of the installation method. If there are any mistakes, please correct me.
- First prepare the required prerequisites and Customizable UI Replacer. I will release them all here. You only need to download them all.
- Install the front-end and main files in sequence according to the order, please see the picture below.
Install the front end first
FISS ↓
Less Intrusive Hud ↓
Less Intrusive HUD II - FISS Patch - towatot ↓
A Matter of Time ↓
Then install Custom Replacer UI v5.1
- Enter the game and open the MCM menu
- Find Less Intrusive Hud and click to load the personal preset (the preset I released has already localized the MCM menu).
- Find A Matter of Time, in the default combination, click to read user settings (has been Chinese).
- Find Widget Mod and click to load user settings (Chinese, optional)
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
