About this mod Machine translation
Changed Auri's appearance from Green Song to Lenka's appearance.
TL; DR
This alternative gives you the chance to marry two high quality Auri looks from Lenka.
Additionally, I've given Lenka antlers to bring her closer to Auri's base look, and included an optional download that gives Lenka Auri sharp teeth that she'll be proud of! (Courtesy of KreaQ, mod author of M'rissi)! Warning - Old Mod Manager users!
Former Mod Manger users, use this file at your own risk.
The installation process of old Mods before Vortex NMM can easily lead to disaster. If you're not absolutely confident in your ability to solve your own problems in NMM, I highly recommend skipping this mod until you upgrade to a more capable Mod Manager.
This mod has been fully tested using Mod Organizer 2 and works exactly as expected. It can be installed and uninstalled mid-game without issue.
If you break Auri, you're on your own. You have been warned.
Body Mesh: Uses the default body mesh, with full support for custom body shapes via RaceMenu's BodyGen feature (see below).
Body Textures - Default: Packaged with Lenka's Bijin skin textures (CBBE and UNP options available in download).
Body Texture - Custom: Can be manually replaced with a texture of your choice.
Body Texture - Vanilla: For those not using CBBE or UNP body substitutes, there is the "Vanilla" option under "Downloads."
Antlers: Use the default deer texture. Will change based on any deer textures you have installed.
Sharp Teeth: Optional download that gives Lenka Auri sharp teeth.
Body
BodyGen is a feature of Expired's Skyrim LE/SE's RaceMenu (and Fallout 4's LooksMenu) that allows you to assign different CBBE (or UNP) presets to NPCs without having to create a unique mesh for each NPC. In other words, this means you no longer have to worry about unique body meshes and clothing to give different NPCs different body shapes. You can assign presets by gender, race, and/or individual NPCs.
If you'd like to learn more about this amazing quality of life feature, check out the guide at the bottom of the jBS2BG mod page and take advantage of the tool while you're at it - it makes implementing it much easier.
Although jBS2BG is on Skyrim LE, the same tool is used for Skyrim SE and Fallout 4.
As with any mod that edits the appearance of NPCs, blackface errors can occur if used incorrectly.
Blackface error description:
When the actor's facegen file
Blackface errors occur when there is a mismatch with the appearance data the game is trying to load for that actor.
main reason:
The new Facegen file changes the actor's head without the accompanying .esm.esl.esp to update the actor's NPC datasheet to match the facegen head mesh.
The load order is incorrect, with a new .esm.esl.esp that correctly updates the actor's NPC data table located above the plugin in the load order,
Tables containing NPC data affecting characters are incorrect or out of date, for example,
Bulk patches cannot be rebuilt after installing an updated appearance module.
Missing or incorrectly named Facegen meshes and/or textures.
NPC weight differences between NPC data table changes (NPC's weight appears to be stored in your save file, so needs to be managed via the setnpcweight console command.)
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
