Neither mod requires DLC or any script extensions. But this patch does require the mod itself:

Install:
- Install Shire, then Unique Border Gates.
or
- Install the unique border gate, then install the char.
- Finally install this patch. Make sure it's below the other two in the load order.
This patch consists of ESP only. To uninstall, simply delete it from your data folder.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
