-How to use
After copying the text, in the Skyrim console hold down the sub key (defaults to "Left Control") and press the paste key (defaults to "End"). If characters have been entered, the text will be appended to the end. It's not the cursor position.

SKSE 1.7.3+
You can open "CopyPaste.ini" to change the key.
