This replaces Enderal: Forgotten Stories' current background, as well as the classic 4K main menu art from when the game was first released.

I've always loved Enderal's menu art, and while the new backgrounds look great, I still wanted the classic menus in the game.
So I made a 4K version of it. Just install it like any other texture mod.
Oh, and if you're using Mod Manager or Vortex, do yourself a favor and switch to Mod Organizer 2.
It's by far the best mod manager and doesn't fucking break the game because nothing is overwritten in your actual data folder.
Once the game is launched, it's all loaded, so you don't need to uninstall the entire game in case a single mod breaks something.
I only recently switched from NMM to MO2, but now I understand why everyone who uses it every year is so hooked.
This is truly a game changer.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
