Face presets you can load in the ECE slot.

The face was created based on my own appearance.

I've been trying to reinvent myself in the game for years, and four years later, I finally have something respectable.

I present to you "Cinocheese Face Presets".

Please note that this is a non-standard face preset, which means you must follow my pre-installation to get the same effect in the game.

How to load face presets:

Download and unzip
Find this folder on your computer: My Documents/My Games/Skyrim/CME_save
Place the unzipped archive into this file, please note that it will replace your slot 2 preset.
Launch Skyrim using SKSE. Open the console (click "`~") and type "showracemenu". 5. Find "Slot Loading" and select "Slot 2".
Hair and makeup adjustments may need to be made.

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
