Modification instructions:
The modification allows you to divide 35 starting points between abilities (one-handed weapons, two-handed weapons, alchemy, etc.) at the beginning of the game. This comes at the expense of racial distribution. In other words, it allows you to split the starting 35 skill points based on your own judgment, not race.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
