describe
-------------------------------
Now it’s time to introduce you to my next little project which is part of my Immersive P Layer L.
This collection contains some friendly additions for those who are a little bit sensitive about the game. I will convert them into one large file.
This section hosts Eastmarch with a beautiful custom home made from an old windmill. It's very detailed and offers a unique location and unique look. The house has a dark collector's feel and a little backstory behind it.
You're going to have to buy a house, you're not going to get it for free. In any case don't worry about the price being right.
I put a lot of effort into the unique feel of the house and finding the right location.
Place:
You can find this house near Mixwater Mill. If you can't find it, check out the location screenshot included in the download.

Frequently Asked Questions
-----------------------
Q: Where is the house?
A: You can find it near Mixwater Mill or see a screenshot of the location.
Q: How do I gain access?
A: There is a letter fixed to the front door of the house.
Q: Is this letter not here?
Answer: Maybe it fell to the ground. Go to Sadris Used Wares and talk to the owner.
Q: Is the house too expensive?
A: It is fully decorated and not that expensive, but maybe I can make it cheaper.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
