Dragonslayer Bow and Siege Arrows
by skibadaa
Bow and Arrow Steel Forge - Sniper Upgrade Kit Miscellaneous Forge
Steel Siege Arrows can
To make a 5-piece set, the "Steel Forging" privilege is required
Dwemer Siege Arrows (new in v1.2)
4-piece set foldable, requires "Dwarf Forging" perk
Orcish Harpoons (new in v1.3)
Craftable in set of 3, requires the "Orc Smith" perk.
Ebony Dragonsbane
Super powerful Ebony Siege Arrows, although they are deadly, require the "Foolish" perk.
Note: - As of v1.3, all the above projectiles are "unrecoverable", so count!
EDIT: - Until I learn how to script (so probably never) I can't prevent siege arrows from being recovered from corpses,
So not as ideal as "unrecoverable" :/
Edit: - As a stopgap measure to restore the problem I recommend downloading the following mod: Seb263
“Arrow Recovery System Overhaul”
You can use this to set the "durability" of all arrows so that they break on impact, and other cool stuff. If you would
out being out of the siege arrows’ durability set to the lowest setting, then it will make them always break on impact, implemented
Non-recoverablility is required, so give it a try if you want.
Also unlocked from the forge, a hench bow shoots from your new hench arrows
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
