Extinct Chaos Tribes are human-based planes, aliens that infuse the outside world with the aura of Chaos Planes, usually obtained by descending from fey, daedra, jotunn, wild hunts, Chaos gods, and others who have mated with humans. Charming, agile, and durable, they are known for their skill as planeswalkers, often becoming rogues or sorcerers.
What is the curse of tiefling you ask? Why they are a race plagued by a dark and chaotic bloodline whose alien characteristics make them difficult to adapt to many other races. While not necessarily evil, their blood is tainted by the powerful power of Chaos, which many law-abiding citizens tend to fear and shun.
Considered temperamental and unpredictable by more order-based civilizations, chaotic cowards often live their lives as outcasts and wanderers. Perhaps this deep need to wander is behind their unique planar walking ability, the ability to travel to other planes of existence. However, few disorganized people choose to use this feature because its disorganized nature means they have little to no control over their destination, often arriving at some random time and place. Instead, most people use the airwalker's fleeting abilities to escape danger or gain access to hard-to-reach places.
Although many tieflies view their lineage as a curse, there are certainly some benefits. They learned to use their seductive charm, night vision, wit, and agility to their advantage, and they made excellent rogues, rangers, and sorcerers. While some take a darker, more violent path, others attempt a more peaceful approach, using their charm and seduction to seduce humanoids or command the beasts of the forest.
Chaotic birds rarely have many, if any, friends, but those who earn their trust will find them to be loyal companions. Additionally, many Chaotic Cowards have the ability to summon planar allies and companions to their side, sometimes allying themselves with specific creatures that become familiar and allies to them.
Be careful when dealing with various Tiefling travelers. While some people try to redeem themselves by doing things, many more prefer to embrace their dark and chaotic nature.
Instructions and instructions
This is a very simple mod with no scripts or requirements beyond the base game. The goal is mainly to create a Race Mod for role playing and add some additional functionality. Since I spent some time working on the feature, I decided to upload it and share it with others. Don't expect a lot of bells and whistles, though. I also know there are lots of wearable horns, tails and ears. While I don't mind the screenshots, if I were to compete in a custom race, I wouldn't want to see their ears and horns sitting in my inventory as equipment. So how this mod came about was because I wanted to learn how to make these features a permanent part of the game.
The race is built from Vanilla Nord Race, so all vanilla sliders and structures are used. It uses no special body or head meshes or textures on the outside of the ears and horns - they are connected by the Creation Kit, not the head mesh itself. I have used this match with vanilla bodies as well as SoS male bodies. The people who helped with the testing used a variety of women's bodies and textures. Hair, eyes, scars, military paint, teeth, eyebrows, etc. are all used the same way as the vanilla Nord male, which means any mod you use for these features will work fine on this Race Mod. I built all the Tieflings using KS hairstyles, SoS, custom body textures, and various brow, scar, and eye mods. I even used realistic teeth in this game.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
