This mod adds some perks and new shouts.
Shouts - Adds the ability to use shouts to improve your speech abilities.
- Added additional effects to shouts based on perk Hagglin (last 3 levels)

Copy and paste the following files into the data folder:
ShoutPerks.bsa
ShoutPerks.esp
Then activate the .esp using Mod Manager.
