Build a City 4.0: Stormcloak Edition – Skylight for M7
------ ---------------------------
Starting from July 13, 2019 to September 6, 2019.
========== ===============
summary:
There is a Stormcloak Outpost in Nova Skyrim Isle, which is attacked by Dragons. You are invited to restore the city to its former glory by repairing or adding buildings. You can enter the Isle via Solstheim's Raven Rock pier. "You find the city in ruins. You can leave it in marble."
First, visit the dock at Raven Rock, head towards the (locked) display case closest to the dock, then visit the (Sleeping Giant) Riverwood Inn. When exiting the hotel, you should meet a courier who will give you a book (instruction manual); read the key. Then return to Raven Rock to unlock the display case and enter the Island.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
