This is a preset. The jslot and head sculpt should work with the "Uchiha Clan" mod and should fix misaligned hybrid eyes like Sasuke's Sharingan-Rinnegan or left eye blindness as well as any other eye texture mod using "eyefemaleleft.nif" and "eyefemaleright.nif".
First import the .jslot preset, then import the head sculpt, otherwise it won't work, even if you import the head sculpt with its weight set to 50.
Keep in mind that if you use any changed head mesh like the citrus head, it will not work.
Even though you should use it in the Race Menu (I don't know if I use ECE since I don't use it), I recommend using the "femalehead.nif" mesh provided by "Enhanced Character Edit", but any other vanilla based head mesh should be fine.
