Backstory

Grandfather Yorik's children resolutely refused to accept dragon blood. They go on adventures with their spouses and bring back treasures they discover during their travels. They built a simple home named after their favorite way to relax, complete with a secret place to hide their wealth and treasures.

Still, Yorick persisted and coaxed. The young couple yearned for distant lands, and neither of them considered the challenges and responsibilities of taking on the Akatosh lineage. It's not time yet. Both have other interests.

So they left. The young mother didn't know she was hiding the last dragon's heart in her heart. Neither of them had dreamed of the role the baby would play. Or maybe the stars and time itself await the arrival of this child. Not knowing and craving adventure, they left home, father. Traveling to a distant land with an unknown fate. This child is born, grows, grows.

Grandfather is still grieving. But he holds out hope that the grandson he will never know will return. Not sure how or when. He put aside what he could to help the child and left a note hoping that all he could convey was love and guidance. His home, and that of the children who had fled Akatosh's blessing, remained empty, but ready for the one who was to come. Together they will provide Dragonborn with a lot of what it will need in the coming days.

There are craft stations, plenty of storage, gardens, chickens and horses. There is room for a spouse, as well as some followers or guards. Children will require a larger home, but there is enough space to train and prepare for the future, which cannot be stopped. And if that grandson is a hunter or a mage, a warrior or a thief, a bard or a farmer, and chooses to reject their inheritance, there are plenty of ways to keep them going, with a warm fire home every night. And now, signs point to the return of the Arduin. It is time for the young Dragonborn to return home and become familiar with their past while facing the future.

There are many fire planters, there are rooms for 2 companions in Horse 2, and there are rooms for 3 companions in Hindalok Hut. (There is a spare sheet under the bed.)

A basement is hidden under the stables, which houses a stack of bookshelves and many treasures. This is a quiet, safe place to relax and read a good book. (A companion can sleep on the fur next to the stove)

Bradain Chorr is a custom home designed and built by Lierin. It is designed to be used with Hindalok, Frostfall and convenience horse mods.

Due to heavy resource usage, different ground levels and incorrect land texture, this deck has not been designed and is not recommended for use with Greenmount Gardens or Kriemen's Riverwood. They all cover the same cells. KRWood can run without a patch, but when things get busy spawning vampires, dragons, and bandits everywhere, there may be a CTD. There will also be some navmesh issues since KRWood must be loaded afterwards.

Install using your favorite Mod Manager, or place the ESP and BSA files into \skyrim\data. Loading order is...
