Changes the characteristics of common creatures, all spells, all basic weapons, armor, Dawnguard and Falmer gear. After combining the Falmer Heavy armor with the Falmer Light, I found Hardened to be redundant, so I removed the traces of use (it's still there in the game, but can't be found). All changes are for balance purposes. All changes list are included in the mod.
