I made two versions that will fit most UNP/UUNP and CBBE bodies without gaps or texture seams. If you have gaps in your ankles, you should consider switching to a body that does not change your ankle size.
There is a separate .esp in the misc section which will add High Heel sound to the shoes. You need to visit Loverslab and first download and install the Heel Sound mod
