About this mod Machine translation
Made Azdar's artifact actually work.
Update 1/6/2020: Unhidden mod. I still can't fix the bug where the Necromancer's Ring explodes without causing any damage.
This error is not caused by this mod, it only happens in some modlists.
---
In the Vanilla game, Azhidal's relics are weak even as a mid-level character, despite being the most armored set in the late game.
Within reason, this mod improves them.
Azdal's Arcana Ring:
I never had a reason to use these spells in the vanilla game, let alone enough reason to sacrifice my rings.
- Ignite damage increased from 4 points per second to 8 points per second
Ignite is now a very effective spell against creatures with a lot of health.
- Freeze damage reduced from 20 to 30, duration reduced from 15 to 25 seconds.
Freeze no longer deals less damage than the basic Ice Spike, and will now have a longer-lasting slow effect.
Azdal's Necromantic Ring
-Frost explosion damage of resurrected creatures increased from 50 to 200-
Explosion radius doubled
This is much needed, in vanilla this ring actually makes you weak. Azdal's Water Walking Boots. -*Armor Level 14->16 Azdal's Retribution Armor -*Armor Level 40->44- Paralysis chance increased from 5%--->10%, which makes the enchantment more stable, which is especially necessary for modlists that increase melee effects to combat lethality. Azdal's Guard Gloves -*Armor Level 14->16 Azdal's Vision Helmet
-*Armor level 19->21
*Armor level increased to just above vanilla level for Norse Carved Armor. There is an optional file that does not change the armor level, only the enchantments can be edited,
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
