American Horse Allowance

Mod added to the American Horse Revitalization tree. Without any privileges, all horses will be unable to sprint and have no endurance. Perks allow for sprinting, horse stamina, horse health, weapon damage, and weapon speed. Requires Ultimate Skyrim installation as it is currently modifying this locked selection tree.

All horses were edited to have negative stamina when ridden by editing a perk shared by all horses (I did not edit the horse race as many horses do not directly inherit that, or they were overridden at some point). This is to force you to get the first "Basic Ride" perk, which not only gives your horse stamina but also greatly reduces weapon damage. The reason for this implementation is to reduce the possibility of major problems with other mods. More information about privileges, below:

Basic Riding: Allows the horse to possess and regenerate stamina. Attacks from horses cause very little damage. Horses at this stage are similar to the original horses in the United States, but

Endurance has been reduced by about 100 horses. Horse Stamina I + II: Increases the horse's stamina and stamina recovery.

Horse Health I + II: Increases horse health and health regeneration.

Weapon Damage I + II: Increases weapon damage to around normal output, then increases by about 1.5-1.8 times.

Weapon Speed ​​I + II: Increases weapon speed within reasonable limits. Since this isn't a huge impact, it can also significantly improve overall endurance on horseback.

I'm trying to make this mod consistent with Requiem where you need to spend money to survive, once you invest a lot of money you should be powerful. There are a lot of issues with horse racing in the game, but now you need to invest in at least 2 perks to get a reasonable damage output and be able to sprint on your horse. I chose values ​​for the increased damage and speed that make sense within the weapon type and animations, with a maxed out 1-H tree and the full "Weapon Speed" perk, the animations are very fast but not ridiculous.

You can certainly dominate if you want to ride a horse, but this should be treated as a primary/secondary skill.
