Adds 2 simple spells to the game that work the same way as Morrowind. Mark and call. Minus map markers.

This adds "mark and recall" to the game.
You are likely to find them at any spell merchant.
You can cast Mark anywhere and then use Call to teleport it back to that location.
This only applies to one location.
If you want to change the location you want to teleport to, simply recast the Mark at your preferred new location.
You must give up Mark at least once before you can recall.
The base cost is 25 for tagging and 55 for recall.
In the game, since there is no mysticism in TES5, they are treated as summoning magician schools.
The books also look different. Since then, there has been no more mysticism in Skyrim.
