This is basically a remake of an old mod I made for Morrowind, "unsichtbare Ruestung", which I made in 2007:

Okay, Balmora (where I hid) is covered in volcanic debris, so you'll have to craft new armor yourself.

There is something useful for everyone who needs extra protection, but for some reason is not completely satisfied with it, like the excellent BOUND DAEDRIC ARMOR (SSE) made by sagittarius22.

I really like that armor, but it doesn't exactly suit my actual sneaking character.

In addition to this, it has game engine-related issues such as invisible eyes with regular eyeshadow (solved by adjusting my eyeshadow) and alpha flickering (so far unsolvable).

That last bit is what unlocked my old invisible armor that was guaranteed to not flicker.

Even with barely visible shading. Sometimes it's ugly depending on where you put them.

You can get three versions:

• A certain balance, which requires Ectoplasm as well as conventional materials and crafting skills.

Heavy invisible armor can also be made using enchanted Dadric armor, and light invisible armor can be made using dragon scale armor.

(It is also possible to use enchanted items, but you will lose the enchantment. So not recommended.)

Regular attributes, regular weight, regular price.

• Cheat and let your new character get a free set of armor in Helgen Keep.

It can also be crafted using obligatory leather strips without any additional allowance.

Normal data, one tenth, only worth one gold (enchantment).

• Combine the two.

Use only one or the universe may collapse!

Recommended Mods:

Matched setting corrections, so even though you may be wearing 4+ items of the same material, you still get the matching setting bonus.

DaJay42's Armor Rating Redux or all items up to 667 are not counted.

If you want to use these minions on a minion, you can choose one of them.
