About this mod Machine translation
A new manor house that was the residence of the Alaston family and possibly the players.
First off, this is the biggest modification I've done. I have a lot to work with but I thought I would create something smaller but larger. There may still be some bugs and things need to be tested, so if you find problems please let me know.
Alaston Manor is a mod that adds a new home, Alaston Manor. Alaston Manor is the home of the Alaston family. The family is the only family in Skyrim that openly practices naturism. You can learn about the family from the numerous journals and books located in several locations. This mod also adds 8 NPCs, 2 are dead, 1 is killed (you can't do anything about it), 1 is killed (and kills him), 1 troll (will probably die at your hands), 1 follower and 2 other NPCs. The follower is Varia Alaston, she can be found by following the clues I left at specific locations (look for the first one in the bedrooms of the manor).
The estate is located near Whiterun and will appear on the map once discovered. You can see it from Battle-Born Farm. Plus, you can live at home. There is a room upstairs with several containers and a mannequin. All storage spaces are secure within that room only.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
