Dev Menu: Turbo
Allows using the Dev Menu (F2/R3 key), with ~~English~~ Simplified Chinese translation and improvements:
- Allows filling the item inventory with a right click (90 items, anyone?)
- Allows searching for Dark abilities (which are now readable)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
