Sin2 local mod tutorial:

1: Find the settings file in the AppData\Local\sins2\settings folder, open it with Notepad, search for "modding.allow_not_compatible_mods", and change the following "false" to "true"

2: Unzip the downloaded mod file and copy it to the AppData\Local\sins2\mods folder

3: Start the game, game module, local, enabled, installed. The mod you enabled will be displayed. Click Apply Changes, the game will freeze for a while. If no error occurs, congratulations on the successful loading of the module.
