MOD Description:
After using this MOD, the system will randomly appoint an NPC as a community manager. The NPC will automatically repair and clean public facilities as needed.
Appointment rules: Randomly select NPCs who have never been played and have no profession. The higher the dexterity skill, the more likely it is to be selected. If there is no suitable one, the system will randomly generate an NPC.
Working hours:
8AM-4PM:Female manager
4PM-12AM: Male management
12AM-8AM:Female or male management
There are two types of administrators, male and female, because the toilet doors in some public places are gender-specific and the opposite sex cannot enter.
This MOD was last updated on February 28, 2017, banning vampires as community managers because they would be burned to death by the sun while walking on the road.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
