Coconut trees, palm tropical style - holiday villa
This house was originally scheduled to be released in Sims 3, but unexpectedly it was now realized in Sims 4 - a tropical style holiday villa.
illustrate:
- The screenshot was taken at night. I didn’t pay attention when taking the screenshot. (Added a few daytime pictures)
- Covering an area of 64X64, 178M, with few rooms and large bays, it is suitable for single nobles or families of three.
- If you need to use other land, please change the content by yourself.
- If there are bugs, such as the villain being blocked or the objects being placed incorrectly, please just modify it yourself.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
