Full-featured million-dollar mansion
This house requires the latest Fitness Lohas dlc
House specifications; 64x64 House price: 1269773
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
All upgradable objects in this house have been upgraded, including all rocket upgrades, and all gardening collections
This house does not have any furniture mods, only an inventor's workbench. The owner of this mod will put the house files below, so you can download them together.
Instructions for use: Unzip the house compressed package and throw it into My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
Enter the game, enter the workshop, and check Customize in the advanced options.
Find the house, place the lot, ok
(My own complaint. The roof is too ugly, and the aisle to the annex building is so long, without any support underneath)
If you think it doesn’t look good, you can modify it at will. There are also professional police cases that can be done at home. All the posters just built a police office.
Also, this house is only suitable for couples with children, not a large family of seven or eight adults.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
