In Silk Song, players were often put off by Needle Strike's long charge time (1.35 seconds). Although powerful, the slow charging process makes it difficult to use in actual combat, easily exposing flaws or slowing down the pace of fast-paced battles.

This module significantly shortens the charging time:

• **Default charge**: from **1.35 seconds → 0.8 seconds**
• **After equipping the badge**: from **0.8 seconds → 0.4 seconds**
