🎯 Creative process
After several days of waiting and hard work, I finally completed my first mod in Silent Hill F! As a creator with a passion for mods, I have previously made hundreds of mods for the Resident Evil series.
After carefully following pLastGhost's tutorial for 3-4 hours, combined with my experience in Blender and Photoshop, I successfully achieved this breakthrough!
🔮 Future Plans
I hope more mods are made for this game! I would really appreciate it if you could help me figure out how to import the hair and head models. Although I already have a certain foundation, I still need some guidance in some aspects...
📚 Learning resources
Special thanks to pLastGhost for providing a modding tutorial that allowed me to take this important first step!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
