Description:
This custom city for Shadows of Doubt is carefully structured to support investigation, exploration, and immersive storytelling.
The city is divided into clear districts, including a dedicated Industrial Zone and a separate Residential Zone, making navigation and case-solving more intuitive. At the heart of the city lies the Central District, featuring a public Park and the City Hall, serving as an important administrative and social hub.
Some buildings and locations in the city are named after famous Polish figures. These include the Maria Skłodowska-Curie Hotel, the John Paul II Hotel, and Tadeusz Kościuszko Park, adding a subtle cultural touch and unique identity to the city.
Food culture plays a noticeable role in the city’s atmosphere. There are four unique restaurants:
- Polish Pierogi
- Jononek Diner
- U Prawego
- U Lewego
Notably, "U Prawego" and "U Lewego" are located directly opposite each other, creating an interesting urban detail and a recognizable meeting point within the city.
This layout provides a balanced mix of residential life, industrial activity, and central civic space, making the city ideal for complex investigations.
(Yes, ChatGPT wrote this description but somehow I couldn't describe this city, and thunderstorm requires a description. The city itself was made by me.)
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
