Adds rental payments that are due on a regular schedule.
When you miss your rental payment, the door will be locked and barred (barging is also blocked) and you need to pay the missed payments back to regain access.
SODQOL is recommended to enable the tired effect, which will encourage renting an apartment.
Currently, there isn't a way to find the next payment date and amount, so I recommend pinning a note with this information.
Manual Installation
- Ensure you have BepInEx BE installed
- Extract the mod to ".\BepInEx\plugins\", so you should have ".\BepInEx\plugins\ApartmentRent\ApartmentRent.dll"

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
