Fixed some apparent issues when playing at resolutions higher than 16:9.

Fixed some apparent issues when playing at resolutions higher than 16:9.

Remove the background behind the subtitles.

The screen dims behind the delete menu popup. (Project Extraction, Tutorials, Sculptor Idols)

The screen becomes darker when the Chinese character overlay is removed. (Invisible aid, death, shinobi execution, etc.)

Removed black vignettes for stealth and red vignettes for low health or death.

This is a work-in-progress model, so there are still some unresolved issues. Here are some issues I hope to address in the future:

The loading screen background is still only 16:9, which makes the world loading in the background visible from the side.

The black rectangle used to blacken the screen for cutscene transitions is only 16:9, which allows the game world to remain visible on both sides.

The tutorial popup in the pause menu and Sculptor's icon menu still have 16:9 translucent backgrounds.

For resolutions greater than 16:9, the HUD elements need to be moved closer to the outer edge of the screen.

Installation method:

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
