Ultimate Sekiro rebalanced

Content introduction:

The ultimate rebalancing of Sekiro. This mod will address a large part of Sekiro's gameplay, aiming to make Prosthetics more viable in their niche uses, make combat arts more friendly to use with tokens, give you higher token capacity, and many more changes to make the game more open in combat!

All repair tools that deal damage have their damage increased by an increment with each upgrade. (Both My Better Sabimaru and Spear mods are implemented here)

Most tools also have their spirit costs reduced to encourage players to use their prosthetics more often in combat.

All combat arts using spiritual symbols have had their costs reduced.

All Spiritfalls have reduced badge costs.

The duration of all Sugar/Spiritfalls has been extended.

• Yashariku's Sugar now reduces player hp by 25% instead of 50%.

The life force fire on the player's sword now lasts for 20 seconds instead of 7.5 seconds.

Bestowal's buff now lasts 45 seconds instead of 30 seconds.

Players can now hold a total of 10 pellets on their person.

The maximum capacity of Spirit Emblems has been increased to 50 so players can use prosthetics and combat arts more frequently in combat. (Thanks to Yohnnny for creating this mod!)

Homecoming idols now only take 1 second to activate. (Thanks to the master for making this mod!)

*Combat Arts Prayer Strikes and Senpou Leaping Kicks have been removed, unlocking these skills will now grant you Dragon Flash instead of Prayer Strikes, and a Mind instead of Senpou Leaping Kicks.
