About this mod Machine translation

This CE sheet allows you to dynamically bind and use multiple combat arts using the default profiles designed for the PS4 controller.

*VERY IMPORTANT*

Back up your save files! While I've managed to fix the corruption issue and my tests work without any issues, the script is not bulletproof. Something could go wrong and you could lose the art of fighting forever! Don't delay, back up your save today.

A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity from truly missed, allowing players to use and combine multiple combat arts. This CE form should let you do just that! You can use hotkeys to bind up to 2 additional combat arts and use them smoothly during combat. This table is designed around use with a PS4 controller and may have to be adjusted/modified for XBOX or KB+M players.

In order to use the mod you need to install Cheat Engine and open the form, PS4 Controller on Steam to load my custom controller configuration.

With this mod you can bind 2 additional combat arts and use them in your default battle (allowing three different arts to be used without pausing). Warning: The mod is sometimes a bit buggy and it may not register your input, but this depends heavily on how you set up your macros/configuration. So expect some art to be interrupted or not come out at all. I'll try to fix it and tighten the script when I have time.

Default controls:

BIND CA1 = TOUCHPAD + SQUARE

Binding CA2 = TOUCHPAD + triangle

Use CA1 = L1 + Sqaure

Use CA2 = L1 + triangle

Create a custom config: I've included a tutorial that breaks down the mod and how it works, so you can create your own custom config/macros to suit your own personal preferences or settings.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
