Replace Yongzhen as Neil's communications officer. Part of the leather belt has a glowing effect. The weapon is a Yorha-style steel sword with a scabbard and a luminous effect. Be sure to install the included texture pack, otherwise the textures will not display properly (mtd folder).
There are two versions of communications officers, one is 6O, which is the communications officer of 2B; the other is 21O, which is the communications officer of 9S.
Instructions for use:
Copy the corresponding DCX files to the corresponding mtd and chr folders. Failure to install the texture pack will result in incorrect textures.
6O is in the "6O" folder.
21O is in the "21O" folder.
