SendEmFlying
Yeeting NPCs to space!
About this mod Author’s original text
Send 'Em Flying
A physics-enhancing mod for Schedule One
Ever wanted to yeet an NPC across the map with a flick of the wrist? Now you can.
What It Does
Send 'Em Flying adds physics-based enhancements to dragging and throwing objects or NPCs:
- Mouse-flick launching — drag, flick, and watch 'em fly.
- Hold distance control — adjust how far objects float in front of you.
- Force tuning — tweak dragging and throwing strength to your liking.
Config Options
Configuration is available via UserData/MelonPreferences.cfg or the Melon Preferences UI.
| Setting | Description | Default | Recommended Range |
|------------------------|-----------------------------------------------------------------------------|---------|-------------------|
| HoldDistanceMultiplier | How far objects are held from you while dragging. | 1.0 | 0.5 – 2.0 |
| DragForceMultiplier | Force applied when dragging with the mouse. | 1.0 | 0 – 5 |
| ThrowForceMultiplier | Force applied when releasing (throwing) an object. | 2.0 | 1 – 20 |
| EnableDebugLogs | Enables debug logs for applied values and internal behavior. | false | true / false |
Note: These ranges are recommended and not enforced. Extreme values may cause unexpected physics glitches or performance issues.
Requirements
This mod is built for the Mono version of the game.
You must use the alternate branch in order for this mod to work properly.
To switch to the Mono branch:
- Open Steam.
- Right-click on the game > Properties.
- Go to the Betas tab.
- Select the alternate branch from the dropdown.
Installation
- Install MelonLoader for your game.
- Download SendEmFlying.dll.
- Place the.dll file into your game's Mods folder.
- Launch the game and enjoy the chaos.
Developer Notes
- Built using MelonLoader + Mono.
- There will be desync! This pushes the physics to its limits.
- Should be compatible with most mods, unless they also mess with drag/throw physics.
- Logging is optional and can be enabled via config.
Enjoy the ride — or at least, enjoy watching others fly!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
